  Liked: Good location to go on trips, clean, fully equipped kitchen.

  Perfect stay

  Liked: Amazing stay, just what we needed, hassle free and very clean and tidy, parking was hassle free. We stayed for 2 nights,it was so peaceful, no noises even though we had the windows open day and night,the beds were very comfortable,if I could I would have slipt one into my luggage bag lol, everything worked as it should,I would definitely stay again. I also asked if it would be possible to check out slightly later but no later than noon as I have to take my medicine, that can course my concern when taken,I got a response straight away and say yes,big thank you for that Eva ☺️😄👍

  Terrible Parking...not advertised as communal parking and was unable to park on second night

  Liked: The apartment was spacious however was not the initial apartment I booked.

  Disliked: The parking is communal parking and was not stated when booking. I was unable to park my car on my second night and had to drive 233 miles home.

  Great Apartment, but Getting the Key Was a Struggle

  Liked: Pleasant apartment

  Disliked: Significant issues with check-in: I had to wait four hours for the key code, which finally arrived at 8:00 PM. This was two hours past my arrival time, despite multiple attempts to contact the host.

  Ok, if you do not have issues... I did!

  Liked: The beds were comfy, and the heating was great.

  Disliked: The cooker was broken. To solve this, we had to use another apartment out of our building block, which was very inconvenient (we had to purchase additional tubberware to transport the food), especially with children under 10. The TV remote did not work. You could use it to select channels it would only turn on and off the TV, so we had to install our own app. The owner, although she seemed pleasant, really couldn't comprehend the inconvenience that this cause, being British customer services seems to lack. It is more important to be paid that provides an actual service and experience, which is why I wouldn't recommend this place, nor would I return.

  Perfect for a Family stay if you’re visiting Paultons

  Liked: We booked this apartment as we were visiting Peppa Pig world/Paultons Park for our Grandson’s third birthday. Upon arrival it was a nice surprise to find that our host Eva left some snacks and biscuits. Tea, coffee and fresh milk were also provided and there was a nice variety of condiments. The apartment was spotless, and the bedding and towels were clean and freshly laundered. The kitchen was well equipped. The neighbours were quiet and my Son and daughter in law were able to put our Grandson to bed early evening without any disturbance. Should we ever visit Southampton again, we would happily re-book and would highly recommend for a family.
