Exceptional
Comfortable cottage next to the beach
Liked: Is very spacious compare to other property in St Ives. Location is excellent,next to the beach and able to catch the sunset by sitting near the window.
Disliked: Toilet had some bad moldy smell after some time.
Overall very pleasant
Liked: Location excellent. Comfortable bed with nice bed linen. Large well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: Damp/mouldy smell in bathroom. Internet didn’t work and couldn’t work the tumbler drier
Find somewhere else if you don’t want to rough it
Liked: This properties saving grace is its location. Right next to the beach.
Disliked: No support from local agency, no internet, bugs in the kitchen cupboards, mattress needs replacing. Front window needs replacing due to the draft. Soft furnishings need a clean. No central heating.
Liked: Such a great location, loved being right on the beach and exploring the twisty streets of old St Ives. We were there in winter so it was very good value.

Disliked: Just a few maintenance issue’s. Nothing major just a bit of attention to detail needed.
Ideal location and stylish interior
Liked: Ideal location next to Porthmeor beach. Able to park to unload/load. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Magical St Ives sunsets seen from the sole window. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Slow response from agents via Booking. A couple of minor issues. No internet on the last two days, did report but no response.
