  Brilliant, we loved it

  Liked: The location of the property was really handy, and was really good value for money. The welcome pack in the property was a great touch - thank you! We had a great time overall, St Ives is beautiful.

  Disliked: The property wasn't easy to find on the first day of arrival and we really did try to follow the instructions. A kind lady in the Slipway gave us a hand. We didn't expect the parking space to be so far away, so having to walk back to it on days when we had trips planned, was a bit of a chore. Being met by the large bins at the bottom of the steps wasn't great either, but we didn't spend loads of time in the property apart from sleeping. Lastly, the robe hook in the bathroom is not secured to the wall and falls down, landing heavily on the tiles on the floor. This probably needs fixing or the tiles will crack.

  Disliked: industrily bins. Right by the entrance The smell and flys were overwelving. Carpet was grim. Kitchen Floor sticky Inside walls. Flaking. CAR wouldnt fit in garage

  Excellent location

  Liked: This was a cottage, not a hotel

  Disliked: Fantastic location, with plenty of facilities, the only problem, the large sofa in the living room stunk of dogs, which you could smell as soon entering the property, bought 3 cans of spray, which helped a bit, it stopped us using.

  Tired property in need of updating

  Liked: Location Decent size of bedroom with the twin beds in

  Disliked: Low ceilings with no warning when booking this- a family of 6ft people kept banging heads! Bit grubby everywhere Most irritating part was the poor information about which key was required for the lock up garage. This information needs to be sent with the directions info. Info folder needs updating too.
