Liked: The location is excellent and the centre of St Ives is easily accessible by walking. Having a parking space is a real advantage given the general lack of convenient parking in St Ives. The property is located just far enough away from the congestion of the town centre but close enough to walk down to the harbour, foreshore and cafes and restaurants. The unit is well setup with everything a short (or longer) term guest would need. Having a parking spot makes the unit very convenient for unloading and loading baggage as well as for exploring the sights of Cornwall by car.
Disliked: There could have been a few more instructions regarding the heating system which is a little quirky. For first time visitors the location details can be confusing especially when arriving at night.
Liked: Lovely flat - lots of thoughtful inclusions from picnic blankets to a welcome box (with some great food recommendations!). Good communication.
Liked: Lovely, well equipped flat in a perfect location for exploring St. Ives and Cornwall.
Amazing view from the balcony
Liked: We had an amazing stay at this property. Love the way the flat is decorated, it's got a really good vibe. Also the flat is in a really good position of the town, with parking which is a massive bonus in St Ives. Sitting on the balcony having a few drinks looking at the night sky was amazing experience. Also the sun rise early morning looking over Hayle is amazing too. This was the 3rd time me and my partner have stayed in St Ives, in 3 different properties. This flat was the best we have stayed in out of the 3. Would recommend 100% if you are considering staying here.
Fab beach nook to unwind
Liked: It had everything and more, lots of amenities and quite spacious for a studio. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach. Nicely decorated
Disliked: It was tricky to find in the dark, spend 20mins looking. An extra sign would be helpful. The shower pressure was odd, couldn't get it hot without having to max out the pressure. Would prefer a comfier mattress.

Liked: We loved staying here, the apartment has everything you need, the sea view from the balcony, the comfortable bed, and all facilities needed to have an enjoyable stay. Everything was above expectation.
