Not value for money
Disliked: One of the rooms smelt of drains. Rooms were generally tired and in need of refurbishment.

Liked: Excellent breakfast and evening food even better! Bit expensive but good value for money.
Disliked: The room was quite small and could be a bit noisy due to the bar downstairs

Liked: We've just returned from a stay at The Gannet. It's such a lovely hotel, so comfortable and beautifully furnished. The staff are really helpful and friendly. There's ample parking on site and in the nearby overspill car park, though with a bus stop just outside and the local train station, we didn't need to move the car. Breakfast was well cooked and presented but we didn't have chance to try the restaurant in the evening. Being allowed to use the spa facilities at Carbis Bay Hotel was an added bonus
