Exceptional
Liked: both staff members were lovely, very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. very kind and their customer service is great, the breakfast options were also superb.
Disliked: the street light was right outside my bedroom window and the road can get noisy, but it did help to get up and explore the town
Everything I''d expected and more!
Liked: The staff were very helpful, it was very clean an comfortable, it's just a little outside St Ives, (just over a mile,) but that was walkable. It was everything I expected and better than some hotels I've stayed at.

Liked: Lovely hosts, excellent accommodation, gorgeous breakfast, would highly recommend
Liked: Location is good, although a hike up the hill from the station or a bus from St Erth (I came in by train). Breakfast was lovely, as the room. Nice and quiet, apart from the road. Could hear the brook bubbling away, just outside the bathroom which was very nice. Place seemed very popular.
Disliked: Had to remember to duck when leaving thr bedroom. Owner is very tall, so he must do it automatically. Not really a detriment, but just had to be careful.

Our short stay allowed me to bring closure to a personal loss and enable new relationship to begin
Liked: Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and always on hand to provide local information
Disliked: The Wi-Fi for customer use was very poor and if I am being really critical, then the mattress / pillows could have been better (too soft)
