We enjoyed our stay
Liked: The location was central to everything but as previously stated, the postcode didn't take us to the house.
Disliked: The postcode did not take us to the house. The keybox was difficult to get open (needs to be replaced, I have the same keybox at home) and the keyring made it difficult to get the keys back into the box. We couldn't close the upstairs bathroom door as it got stuck. Both myself and one of my friends are allergic to animal hairs, we weren't aware before our stay that it was a dog friendly establishment (dogs on the settee). We both had to sit on hard chairs away from our friends.

Our stay in St Ives was lovely and the property is in an excellent location
Liked: Excellent location, very spacious communal areas access to private outdoor space, dog friendly, 2 x parking spaces a very short walk away and excellent communication from owner.
Disliked: Small criticism,some areas of property in need of re decoration, outside shower area wasn’t used as rusty and dirty and a few people got stuck in the upstairs toilet due to poor sliding door

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Not sure what Donna is paying for the cleaners but found chocolate rappers in between the sofa’s and dog hair’s on the sofa covers, the passage between the street doors and the accommodation needs to be mopped so the it doesn’t carry the dirt into the premises. Over all we had a great time and hope Donna all the best.
We had a good stay. We were 8 people and there was enough room for all
Liked: Location was excellent and it had an outdoor space.
Disliked: It was hard to find as the door is hidden. Needs better instructions and landmarks… maybe send a video to show the street, door and surroundings for check in.

Liked: The host Donna was superb. Contacted us and explained about the property and parking, very welcoming so this is a great start. The location was fantastic., walking distance to everything. Hving 2 car parking spaces was great and we used them. A few minutes walk from the property but not too bad at all. The property has everything you need. Presented just like a home from home! Furnishings were tasteful, the beds were super comfy. The added bonus of a bath on the first floor was a dream for me as i love a bubble bath! It comfortably suited a family of 9. The BBQ was great to use on our first night.
Disliked: St Ives, a coastal town, so you cant beat the seagulls. They are loud and messy! Outdoor furniture could do with some coverings as the table was unusable due to the seagul poo! Advice rather than a moan. Overall clenliness of the property was ok, but we did find a few rogue items, so if it was deep cleaned properly between visits, these would have been picked up!
