  Lovely view and lovey guest interaction

  Liked: Warm and exceptional welcomed and kindness by the host couple. Lovely and nourishing breakfast.

  Disliked: Minor details: when guest next door used the water the pipe noise would wake me up. And also a private door on the other side of room. Room a bit tight.

  The guest house was lovely room and view was beautiful

  Liked: The property was stunning the owners were very friendly and catered to our every need views were stunning we had everything we needed my husband loved the breakfast 😍

  A very enjoyable, peaceful and comfortable place to stay in St Ives

  Liked: Breakfast was extremely good - more than we could eat at times! The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Gavin and Charlotte were excellent hosts.

  Disliked: Location was very good but it’s an uphill trek from the centre of town for anyone with limited mobility.

  A great finish to our lovely week in Cornwall

  Liked: Location. Close to hub, but beware you need to be able to walk up and down steep hills. Hosts. So polite and friendly and welcoming. Clean.

  Disliked: Can’t think of anything. Maybe better coffee at breakfast ….. but that was all over Cornwall 🫣 Parking: this was not a problem for us as the hosts kindly had a permit available (not always available) but just to be aware, you may have to park 10 mins walk away, again not unexpected in st Ives. The guest house has a small space outside where you can pull up to drop off your cases which is great.
