Exceptional
Excellent trip and accommodation
Liked: We liked everything really. Perhaps it would be good to have a little oven but only a suggestion.
The worst shower facility and property management in St Ives!
Liked: The property had a stunning view of St. Ives as it is situated on a hill overlooking the town.
Disliked: It had a faulty knob on the shower, which was stuck in the hottest temperature setting. As such, we were not able to take a shower! Moreover, when we called the property owner, they did not answer our call and we did not hear from them (by email) until after check-out time the next day. They made up excuses like we didn’t know how to use the shower and that they tried calling numerous times, but they just didn’t go through.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with absolutely stunning views over the bay and the charming town of St Ives. Dan was incredibly welcoming and even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
Liked: Lovely stay!, super helpful and welcoming! Thank you:))
Quality accommodation
Liked: Really comfortable clean room with a great balcony and fabulous views over St Ives. Everything provided for self catering on a basic level ie kettle toaster and microwave.
Disliked: Everything was to a high standard nothing to dislike. If I was being picky perhaps a drying cloth would be a useful addition. The property was a little difficult to locate but probably our own fault as we missed one of the road markers.
A fantastic weekend - Dan was brilliant meeting us as we arrived and ushering us into the room - OMG
