Very good
Good Place to stay
Liked: The balconies with a view where the flat was situated, having 2 bathrooms and being open plan.
Disliked: The kitchen equipment some of which needs replacing, when asked for a new frying pan, this was delivered the same day.
Disliked: Circular stairs Small twin bedroom
Lovely apartment with great view
Liked: Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with great view and centrally located. Good facilities provided, and tastefully decorated. The agents were responsive.
Disliked: There were a few details that required attention: the hairdryer didn't function, but then, on the last day, I discovered another one! Batteries needed for the TV remote and the kitchen clock, but if you're on holiday you shouldn't be watching TV OR the clock, so no worries. I would have liked to have seen a gas safety certificate displayed somewhere.

Liked: Great location with views out to sea. Very comfortable
Disliked: It just needs a little bit of TLC in a few places eg bedroom door handle was loose and toilet seat but nothing major

Liked: Close to the centre of St Ives and lovely beaches...very steep roads though...but beautiful views from the apartment
Disliked: The apartment wasn't clean, lots of stains and hair everywhere, towels, duvets, beds, carpets. Nice apartment but attention to detail when cleaning is required

Please note that there is currently scaffolding on the front of the apartment block. This will be up until 8th April and will not affect any views as the views are from the back of the apartment. From now until 8th April, nearby roofing works will take place for a few days in that duration, as a result, it is possible that you may hear some noise for those few days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
