  Comfortable and convenient for the town

  Liked: Excellent location for Stratford. Attractive hotel and grounds. Nice room. Only negative was that we were on the second floor and access was via long corridors, lots of stairs and no lift. Hard for anyone with much luggage. Impossible for anyone with impaired mobility.

  Disliked: As above - the trek to our room.

  Liked: location. period features in the hotel itself. comfy bed.

  Disliked: I paid for an upgrade which we didn't receive so we had to go back and dispute the charge. it was removed and we were refunded but it should never have been applied if my chosen upgrade was not available. I was then obviously a bit disappointed with the room as I had expected the upgrade.

The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. This can be paid directly at the hotel.
