Liked: Staff were incredible. Very friendly and helpful and soo kind to our child who was having a birthday that weekend.
Disliked: Additional charge for parking not well advertised. Clear signage for parking.
Liked: All staff very professional & friendly Comfortable rooms, good breakfast choices.
Disliked: Not impressed with the extra car parking charge of £7 per night.
A reasonable stay
Liked: We chose to dine at the Hotel and had breakfast there, unfortunately the experience was disappointing, the space was silly noisy with kids playing on a soccer machine, the staff were pleasant but not very well trained, wishing to remove plates before all had finished eating, it felt like we were being rushed. Food was pretty good.
Disliked: Staff were a little untrained, common spaces very noisy
