Had a great stay, my sister was visiting from Canada and also found your hotel remarkable!

Liked: A very smart and clean room, plus an elevator which is precious to us three and the staff new what they were doing and very friendly to talk to.

  Disliked: Absolutetly nothing.

Liked: Welcoming and friendly staff. Good sized room with comfortable queen bed. Bathroom was small but functional and spotlessly clean. Floor to ceiling window giving maximum daylight. Air con in room always a plus.

Disliked: Lack of wardrobe/closet for clothes. I didnt like the mesh grid on the wall with hangers. For a short stay of 1 or 2 nights it could work but for any longer there just wouldn't be enough space for hanging clothing and coats/jackets. Also it spoiled the decor of the room with clothes hanging on the wall. Shower temp selector was difficult to turn.

A convenient and characterful stop on the way to other places

Liked: the late checkout was really good, and it was nice and close to centre of town. The breakfast was great too. Also understanding when I accidentally set off the alarm!

Disliked: The door did not sometimes close properly, and got told off my staff member that it was still ajar - worried for my personal safety.
