Liked: Close to Graz train station and public transport
Disliked: I wasn't sure if my booking included breakfast. I assumed it did as the place was called B&B. When I was in the dining hall, I filled my drink bottle with water. The reception staff, comes up to ask for my room number. Apparently it didn't. So the staff said I had to pay for breakfast as well as the bottle of water, as you're not allowed to take food away. I was surprised by her aggressiveness. I paid 13.90 for my breakfast, but the confrontation was unnecessary and left a bad taste. It feels like the place was desperate to charge you for breakfast. That was the only negative.
Liked: Excellent service, clean, well equipped. Nice breakfast.

Liked: It was close to the station at Graz Hbf.
Disliked: The beds were the most uncomfortable I have slept in. I did have a choice of 2 but both were lumpy and creaked every time I moved in the bed. The floors and ceilings must be block board because you could every moving around
