Very good and would go back if in the area

Liked: A comfortable bed. The bathroom was fairly small but the shower was very good. The air conditioning was good. The information book was in German and English, which was helpful. The hotel is near the railway but there was no noise. Parking is underground, with a lift to access the rooms.

Disliked: Down a one way street so took a bit of a walk to find the right direction!

Liked: The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is good. There s plenty of space in the parking.

Disliked: Reception stuff just could not care less about guests. They seemed totally unwilling to do anything and did make mistakes (forgot to return my ID card, did not include breakfast which we paid for, saw us but did not want to contact us when we were waiting for check out). Also having a bit more privacy in the bathroom would be great as it’s easy to see the bathroom from the bed due to glass wall).

Liked: The room was big and very clean. The lounge downstairs was also nice and highlight for my kids was table football of course.

Disliked: We were disappointed with breakfast, no choice of pastries at all. Just some boring and very simple, even Spartan things I felt like we are at some hostel. And the worst was no space at all, we were all squeezed in small space (although there was more space but they closed it for guests) it was very difficult to walk between squeezed tables with the food.
