Fabulous
Liked: The hotel was really close to walk from the train station and close enough to walk from the town centre. Loved the hotel and the breakfast was good too. Hotel met our expectations.

Liked: Clean, well located, very friendly staff in general. Good breakfast. All in all nothing to complain about.;-)
Liked: The location is great, right by the main station. The room is nearly soundproofed from the outside and the neighbours.
Disliked: Another Radisson, another armchair with a skidmark... Also, the room had two single beds instead of the expected large bed.
Dont make your stay longer directly with hotel when having a booking via booking.com

Disliked: We originally booked for 1 night, using booking wallet and genius level3 discount. We had to make our stay longer and did it via phone, looking at the prices on the homepage and the booking app before. Our mistake was not to ask for the price in the phone. On arrival, they charged for the extra two nights waaaay more than it said on the homepage (after city tax like 65-70 euros more; homepage said 90, app 80 euros per night, we paid 117 per extra night+city tax). When we asked the guy he said sth about city tax, but our assumption is that they charged back the genius discount. We couldnt see it on the bill (nothing was separately). Had we known they would do that, we would've booked via booking. We only made our stay longer this way to save them the hassle of having to put two room reservations together (or having two different rooms- cleaning etc...). One would think that they give a normal rate to the client they already have, but no-they charge those ones extra! Otherwize, the windows are really letting all the street noise in- I thought our window was open when we got into the room, but it wasnt. And the street is not some side street, but a main street. Traffic light was beeping also right under the window all night long. Additionally, a four-star hotel should have a cupboard for storing your belongings in the room and enough space on the floor for visitors to be able to open two suitcases without a problem. A shoe spoon would have also been nice....
