Liked: A nice "Oasis" of a beautiful, modern hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast too.
Disliked: I was expecting more from the rooftop bar area... maybe off season though, but really nothing there.

A hotel worth Lend-ing your trust to
Liked: Rooms were nice and comfy, about what you can expect from a hotel in this price range. The decoration of the floors was very interesting and I really appreciated the puns around the hotel name everywhere. Breakfast was great although a bit overpriced for the available selection. The staff was really nice, they were trying their best. It's also in a great location to reach with public transport and it's just from a short walk from the historical centre of Graz.
Disliked: The breakfast area was understaffed so we had to wait quite a while for our cups of coffee and there were some basic stuff (bread, utensils) not stocked.
Liked: The location was just on the outskirts of the city center. The hotel was very modern and full of artwork, which gives really great vibes. The personnel were nice and helpful. They also included a tip to park on the street as it is free during the weekend. The room was very spacious, clean and well-designed. The rooftop terrace was amazing, it was also possible to get drinks downstairs and bring them up (strongly recommended).
Disliked: The breakfast did not live up to the hype. Based on how much they promote it, I found it similar to other hotels... It was still really good, but I just had better in the past. Also I was served a cappuccino that was rather just coffee with milk, that was a bit of a let down.
