Fabulous
I can only recomend
Liked: Good breakfast. Parking near to hotel.
Perfect lodging for 2 nights
Liked: Location perfect, heart of old town Graz. Breakfast wonderful. Room a little on the small side but very cozy and clean. Price is reasonable too.
Disliked: Everything really good
Liked: - perfect location in the old town, everything is in walking distance, including all the nice restaurants - great breakfast selection - reasonably priced parking right next to the hotel (30 EUR/day) - kind staff
Disliked: The online checkin system is a bit misleading, I could not check whether the room has a single or two separate beds. We asked for separate ones but ended up in a single.
Staff arrogant
Liked: Location
Disliked: They gave me a room with two small separated beds when I booked a Queen Bed room.
Perfect comfortable stay
Liked: Location. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms!
Disliked: Na
Lovely introduction to Graz
Liked: Modern, but a bit of character. Excellent room - comfy, spacious, view of trees. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, straight into the old town or onto the Schlossberg. Flexible breakfast arrangement, so we decided each day whether to have it in the hotel (a good breakfast, but pricey) or coffee and pastry a few minutes away at Hofbackerei.
Disliked: All fine really.
