  Nice hotel great location

  Liked: Very good location in the city centre. Nice, comfortable rooms with a good view. Very clean and spacious hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is great!

  Disliked: When booking, consider that the train station in Gent is quite far (nothing to do with the hotel itself). For some reason, our access to the room expired 30min before check-out, but the friendly staff helped us to get in again.

  Liked: It was cental to everything - shops, attractions, tram lines, restaurants.

  Disliked: It was a very small room. There wasn't a kettle in the room or an iron. Also the heating was on which made it very warm at night.

  Great place to stay in Ghent

  Liked: Excellent location, clean room with a modern bathroom. Bed was firm and comfortable. Room was small but there was enough room for suitcases and it is well designed for the space. The staff were excellent. There was free coffee, tea and water which was great and the lobby was really nice. They also had luggage storage which was convenient.

  Fabulous hotel

  Liked: The quietness of the hotel. The location was perfect. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were extremely helpful.

  we had a great stay & Ghent is Beautiful, the hotel is in such a great location we would definitely consider staying

  Liked: Brilliant location, clean & staff very friendly & helpful

  Disliked: Although the bed was comfortable it would benefit from better pillows & duvet. The rooms are very small The shower was lovely & hot & powerful but the shower head had to be propped up. And we did miss having a kettle, tea/coffee in the room. It was nice to have it in reception but would still prefer it in the room.
