  Liked: Staff was helpful especially Thanika who worked at the front desk, was so kind to work on our tv until she got it working for us. She was so pleasant and helpful.

  Liked: Modern, spotless and great value for money! Highly recommend! Such a lovely, modern property and excellent value for money, especially compared to some of the older hotels in the area! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, the heating works really well, and the entire property is spotlessly clean. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Another huge bonus is the location! Most of the main tourist attractions are just a 5–10 minute walk away, and the main train station is only around 15 minutes by bus. Bruges is also just 30 minutes away, making it a great base for exploring both cities. Would definitely recommend staying here, and I’d happily come back again! 😊

  Disliked: I stayed for 2 nights. They made a mistake on my booking on the first night because they upgraded me to a better room. They called me in the evening to tell me that I have to move to the other room the next day. That meant I need to pack all my stuff again to move. I work in hotels as well. Usually, if these mistakes happened and was caused by the hotel itself, you will honor the upgrades room as a gesture of goodwill as part of guest experience especially that the customer is already in the room and slept there on the 1st night.

  Great location but average experience

  Liked: Great location and nice building Spacious room

  Disliked: Felt like a lot of attempts at money grabbing (€25 for not cleaning dishes, toiletries…). Only one small set of toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner) for all guests for the stay, they charge €4,5 for an extra set (not explicitly stated anywhere). The hotel was not upfront about the ongoing works in the courtyard taking place from 9AM. Parking available is indeed close, but due to works in the city was a much longer drive.

  Central location but not particularly clean

  Liked: Very central location, easy to get around from. The communal areas were stylish.

  Disliked: Overall the room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom in particular was very run down, lots of mould in the shower and just generally grubby. It was also quite noisy, you could hear everything the people above you were doing, we were woken very early by people pushing chairs and suitcases around. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. It was a real shame.
