  It was nice stat at all

  Liked: Very historic building from 1200’s. Right in the heart of the city. Staff is very nice. Comen area was nice. —- Ben Gent’i merkez konaklama noktam yaparak Lille / Brugge / Baarla / Brüksel gezdim. 6-7 saate Gent bitiyor, bence Bruge’de kalın çok romantik bir şehir.

  Disliked: They don’t clean the room regularly. Plus house keeping girls climb up the beds with their shoes - i asked why and than she told me this is only way. Think that someone step your bed with shoes. As a cleaning they only wipe the steps of the beds. Especially under the beds very dirty. When i wake up late my slippers were gone. No cover for blanket, using another sheet. No towel service even if you want to pay. No shampoo or shower gel in bath -/ I stayed in hostels that they clean the rooms twice a day. Now there are shampoos in almost all hostels I think they want to pay only one hour for cleaners to safe money.

  Great location in a fabulous city

  Liked: Location, friendliness of staff, great kitchen/bathroom facilities

  Disliked: Only negative- bathrooms were on the top floor… I’m good with stairs but not everyone loves them as I do!

  Liked: Perfect location right at the bridge of churches with full view anytime! Big room and cozy public area. People come here to enjoy the atmosphere. I was sick while checked in thanks the help of the staffs and roommates!

  Disliked: Even the toilet and wash facility at top floor, just move slowly, and one will (has to)use to it!

Parking is available at parking garage, P+R The Loop/Expo. Guests can then take tram 1 to the city center. We are in a low-emission zone + pedestrian zone. Parking is available just outside this pedestrian zone on 100 meters from the hostel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
