Exceptional
First time in an NH Collection Hotel and I'm reasonably impressed. Will consider other NH in future
Liked: Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good breakfast. Good-sized room with modern bathroom and toilet.
Disliked: The twin beds were small singles. Room could have more furnishings.

Expectations from a 4 Star Hotel
Liked: Reception staffs warm welcome and patience Pet friendly and the provision of pet bed towel and a bowl Food
Disliked: Bar and restaurant waitress that served us on the 3rd November at night. Reception staff explanation on why my in-laws did not receive bathrobes, hotel slippers, and their towels were not changed after a new day. The reason was clearly invalid and their suggestion for new towels sounds like our fault for not requesting. It should be standard SOP that the room service attendant change all towels to new ones, not waiting for guests to initiate... My in-laws recognise the same stain still present on the towels they had used on the previous day. Inconsistent provision of amenities for rooms. There should be a standard for all rooms and an upgraded rooms should have all amenities that a basic standard rooms should have.... Esp being a 4 star hotel. Based on the service rendered by the rude waitress and the inappropriate and seemingly unforthconing reasoning given by the reception staffs, I feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable to give a 4 star rating despite the warm greetings.
