Liked: Ria met us with the keys and gave us a tour of the apartment and outdoor area. She had a binder with information about the immediate area as well as Ghent highlights and brochures in English. The apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked with kitchen needs. There was an outside garden for relaxing. The apartment was in a quiet mixed-use neighborhood a quick, enjoyable walk to the center of Ghent. I would recommend this apartment.

Disliked: Be aware. If you want to enjoy the fresh air by opening the large spacious windows you may have a difficult time with the mosquitoes that seem to like the interior of the apartment.

A good place to stay when vising Ghent

Liked: The apartment was a short walk from Ghent. Very spacious and clean.

Disliked: It was clear when the owner showed us round the apartment that a few items had not been topped up before our arrival and this was not rectified, e.g. no sugar, some milk would have been good, the soap dispenser was empty, no soap in toilet. Due to our short stay we didnt chase for these items as had some with us or bought them as a Spar down the road.
