  Liked: Beautiful room, the best hotel room I've stayed in during my work trips. The only down side was that I was only able to enjoy it for a couple of hours.

  Light and airy rooms, with great facilities. Highly recommended

  Liked: The room was light and airy, with amazing light. For a European hotel it was a good size. The bathroom was lovely and clean and bright. We just loved this place.

  Great location, cozy room, and very comfortable for a rainy autumn stay

  Liked: The hotel is in a very convenient location, just about a 10-minute walk from the main Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station. We arrived on a very cold October evening, so we were especially grateful that our room was so quiet and warm. A major plus was the warm radiator in the bathroom—since it was raining heavily when we arrived, it was perfect for quickly drying our wet clothes. Having a kettle in the room with complimentary tea and coffee was also a very welcome touch. The room was a nice average size, and I really enjoyed having the small armchairs to relax in.

  Disliked: On the downside, the room was a bit dark because it overlooked another house, so the view from the window was just a dark wall. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice to have.

  Liked: I had an amazing stay at Chamade. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and since Ghent is a relatively small city, the city centre is easily reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, and I felt really comfortable and cosy throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh products and a great variety of continental options. But what really made the difference was the care and attention of the staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Their warmth and thoughtfulness truly made my stay special.
