  Good location in the old section of Ghent; you should buy the breakfast

  Liked: Location is delightful if you want to stay in the old city center. It is ~20 minute walk from Ghent Dampoort train station, ~35 minute walk from Ghent St.-Pierre, and is also accessible by bus or tram, which you may purchase tickets for near the station/stops. Once there, it is ~12 minute walk to the church with the Lamb of God altarpiece. The hotel is nice, staff is always available at the front desk, and this was a very enjoyable experience.

  Disliked: The breakfast scene isn't what I was expecting, and I didn't purchase the on-site breakfast, expecting I would want to eat nearby. (I acknowledge this is more on my planning / expectation front than the hotel itself, but mentioning for others who are planning to stay here, as it is useful to know!)

  Cosy, Sweet, Charming

  Liked: Location is close to old town and belfry. view on cathedral during sunrise was amazing, breakfast quite versatile and well arranged. Beds are comfortable

  Disliked: some strange noises from roof or surrounding, squiky flooring in corridor.

  Excellent hotel in a very good location that is best visited during cold weather

  Very good location. Rooms could do with a refresh

  Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect in the heart of the city which is ideal for getting around. I appreciate with that comes road and city noise so the road outside was quite loud from early morning.

  Disliked: The lobby and reception area was nice and welcoming. I felt the rooms looked tired and could do with a refresh. It was bland and tatty around the edges and the bathroom also. Shower hose wasn't long enough for a 6ft man.
