  Great location, comfy beds, on-site bar

  Liked: Clean, centrally located, ease of access. Shower was nice, blackout curtains and comfortable bed were perfect for restful sleep. Glad it had a mini refrigerator as well--this makes such a big difference when traveling with kids and always having something on-hand for them.

  Disliked: Our room only received 1 coffee sachet and 1 decaf sachet. When I went downstairs to request more, I was handed decaf. When I asked if he had any that weren't decaf, he told me they were completely out. Yet, when room service came later in the day, our regular caffeinated sachets were restocked. It wasn't busy when I asked, so it made me feel as though my request wasn't worth the effort. At night, the bar/lounge had music playing that didn't really match the energy, so it made it less enjoyable to relax and have a few beers (high energy dance music--we were by far the youngest ones in there at the time as 40 year-olds, too). Just a bit of a mismatch. Aside from that, I enjoyed the stay and leave with a positive impression.

  nice location, run down room and bathroom

  Liked: Perfect location in the centre of Ghent. Well prepared breakfast.

  Disliked: While a line of about 8 check ins where waiting, the staff had to do a shift handover.. ±The room we had (*212) was old, run down and not up to value.

  A fabulous long weekend with the family

  Liked: the pool, and the location was amazing

  Disliked: breakfast could have been better. Orange juice had been watered down, for example.

Please note that the outdoor unheated swimming pool is open from the 5th of April until the 30th of September each year.

Guests are advised to use the public parking nearby Vrijdagsmarkt, which is a 3-minute walk away.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Sat, May 1, 2027
