  Nice room and location but could not sleep because of mosquitos

  Do not recommend

  Liked: The bed was comfy and there was a good hair dryer. The location was convenient.

  Disliked: It was dirty, squeaky, and everything was old. There were IKEA labels stilled stuck to some amenities. The property was difficult to navigate around. There is no lift and the staircases are narrow and steep. My boyfriend almost broke his head on the stairs at the ceilings are shockingly low and it has no signage. I found some disgusting dirt on the floor. Furnishings are very old. It does not look like in the pics and the value for money is poor.

  Liked: I liked everything about the place, the beds were really comfortable, the staff is absolutely fantastic and helpful, the room was really nice and it didn't take long time to walk to the centre of town. It took around 25 min first time because of sight seeing otherwise it's around 8 min. Would really recommend this place. If I ever come back to gent I will be staying there again.

  Needs modernising

  Liked: OK hotel, nice staff but room shabby, so squashed you could not get round easily; not super comfortable at all. No kettle. Needs an uplift. Excellent breakfast.

Please note that on Sundays and public holidays, the reception is open from 09:00 to 14:00, check-in after 14:00 or clossing time is only possible on request.

The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at the reception by arrival. Please note that the owner of the credit card used for the reservation must be present at check-in or a power of attorney must be presented.

Please note that twin beds or a double bed are only available by request.

The rooms are standard equipped with two connected single beds.

Please use the Special Requests box in the reservation to indicate which bed type you would (required).

Public parking is possible near the property, a 4-minute walk from the hotel. Reservations are not possible. Parking costs: EUR +/- 16 per day.

For group bookings, a deposit is requested per room booked as a guarantee on the guest's credit card.

For group reservations, it is mandatory to submit a room list of all travelers.

A deposit of EUR 49 may be requested for individual reservations. This is collected via credit card. You will get your money back when you check out. Your deposit is fully refundable to your credit card, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations.

Anyone who refuses to fill in the hotel registration form will be denied access to the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A deposit may be required at the property.
