Great location, room needs to be better maintained and cleaned

Liked: The location is great very close to the city Center and major tourist attractions.

Disliked: The room we stayed needs to be painted and a few things needs to be fixed as well. The walls are quite dirty, the hanger on the bathroom door is detached from the wall so you can’t safely hand towels, floor was not vacuumed. There was a rusty heater in the bathroom so overall a few things needs to be relaxed and fixed.

Liked: Enjoyed a lovely one night stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and the location in an old house above the piano store is charming and unique. It was nice to have coffee in the room. The reception and communication with Eleanore was warm and welcoming. I would be eager to stay here again on a future trip to Ghent, and would recommend to other travelers, especially couples or friends.
