Fabulous
Sublime short stay in Spa
Liked: I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this property just outside the center of the town of Spa. My room was very spacious with a good size bathroom, quiet, super clean and comfortable and included a mini fridge and coffee maker. The hotel manager (owner?) accommodated every request from early check in to access to pool, hot tub and sauna. The property is about a 20-min walk from the train station and centrum but call a taxi (10€) if you have heavy or bulky luggage.
Disliked: The weather could have been better but outside the control of the hotel and its staff.

Liked: We stayed 3 nights. The staff was amazing! Especially the receptionist was really helpful. We really enjoyed. The hotel is really clean comfortable and elegant. The bed is so comfortable.
Disliked: I don’t have that much. Only there was smelling dishes in the hotel corridors. This is not good I think they should take care of the ventilation system. And also swimming pool can be bigger. Current one is really nice but not enough.
Liked: Nice small hotel with stylish rooms and large green territory in a quite neighborhood on the elevated part of the city. Big comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff.
Disliked: There are some hotel industry standards when it comes to the check-in and check-out time. Check-in usually starts between 14 and 15, check-out - 11 and 12. Here it is 15.30 (untill 19.00) and 10.30 which is quite restrictive (even for a boutique hotel). In the description of the hotel you can find bicycle rental among activities. In the reality, you can’t rent them in the hotel (only in the city of Spa). Luckily, we found it out right before leaving home and took our own bikes. It was also possible to park them in the shed in the hotel territory. The rooms don’t have black-out curtains. In the very early morning you can be waken up by the sun. Sleep mask is highly recommended

Great hotel and great staff!
Liked: Brilliant hotel, glad we stopped there. Unfortunatly did get chance to stop for food as flying visit while at the track for a day, but looked nice food. The room was great - massive! On arrival the staff were super friendly and helpful, even though I had to resort to Google translate (my bad!) Even though at the top of the hill, the hotel is well positioned to get back to at night, if in the town. One straight road takes you straight there and back.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Price quality is amazing Sauna and jacuzzi are amazing when coming back from hiking in the snow Didn't try the restaurant but it looked amazing! Just 2km from city center of Spa
