Liked: Location, free motorcycle parking in front of hotel. Are in restaurant in evening and breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive. Coffee in room

Disliked: I should have checked but air conditioning has become so standard it did not occur to me that there was none. With a heat of over 30 degrees it was not good. Friends of mine stayed there last year and didn’t come back because of the lack of A/C While at night it was cooling sleeping with open windows meant not sleeping well due to the noise. The windows overlook a main square with terraces open late with loud people. One night there were a bunch of people making a racket in the square until at least 3 am. Housekeeping is sloppy. In addition, the staff leaves all rooms open on two floors with no one around, anyone could just walking. Not to mention that the staff leaves dirty linen in the middle of the staircase blocking the way, which caused me to trip and hurt my elbow trying to avoid it. The excuse I was given was that reception had told them there were no guests in the building. The safe heats up inside, anything you leave there stays super hot. Pillows aren’t very good. Staff is unfriendly and un accommodating.

Overpriced for what it can offer
Liked: The location is ideal for visiting Thermes de Spa. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast-time staff were smiling and kind.
Disliked: The staff, specifically the dinner-time staff, do not smile much, and are almost rude. There was no hand soap when we first settled in the room.
