Very good
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and comfortable accommodation
Liked: The apartment is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. It is clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed that was perfect for a solo traveler. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee maker, and kettle, and the toilet and shower are clean and well-maintained.
Disliked: One thing to keep in mind is that there is no lift in the building. Fortunately, I was given a room on the second floor, which was manageable for me.
Liked: Nice, well equipped studio in the heart of Spa. Close to restaurants and bars.
It is ok for one night stay
Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The apartment facing road it is very loud noise coming from the street. You need to climb steep stairs. Overall, the price for the stay is too high considering its small size and very basic amenities. No hairdryer also
Great place to stay
Liked: It is in a great location, a quiet street, a short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is up narrow steep stairs, not a problem for us but just be aware, it would be difficult if you had mobility problems. The owners were amazingly kind and we were especially grateful for Emilio’s help.

Liked: Everything was great except for the lack of a hair dryer.
