Fabulous
Good location and space - let down by a few niggles
Liked: Large and roomy in a good location for Spa Circuit. Parking off street was ideal. Large communal space.
Disliked: The rooms had electric blinds, which would be great except many of them didn't work and there are very high ceilings. The suggestion was that we use a ladder and open and close manually. Don't think that is a suitable solution or expectation for guests, and the blinds should work or be replaced with a more reliable system.

Easy to find and good location on the edge of Spa. Great local restaurants and bars. Would recommend
Liked: Clean, good facilities, good location. Plenty of room.
Disliked: Accessing the drive was challenging. Scraped the bottom of the car driving over the kerb. Couldn’t use the blinds, even manually. Just didn’t work.
