  If I come to Lille again I would 100% stay at this Hotel

  Liked: Staff really friendly and helpful and the dinner was fantastic and dining area very pretty dining room and the Breakfast was ample and staff again friendly.

  Very relaxing, only negative was the shower was not clean which had black mould within it, neither my wife and I would h

  The hotel has potential to do better if it invests in a little training for the staff

  Liked: The room was small. The staff were not very kind. The parking was great, easy of access and large.

  Great Value for money

  Liked: Good size bedroom, and bathroom with a walk in shower. Good air-conditioning that was easy to control, and quiet. Private gated car park. Express supermarket only a 10 minute walk away, and a metro station. Only 30 minute walk to city centre. Comfortable bed, snd pillows. Extra pillows available if you ask.

  Disliked: The tv in the room could be a bit bigger. The area isn't the best, but balance that with the cost of the room, and it's good value for money.

  Disliked: I want to protest against the booking and payment method of this hotel. I got a message saying that my booking was not guaranteed all the Booking.com guarantees it through my credit card and then I was asked to do what Booking.com recommends against which is click on the link to go to an unknown payment platform and leave my full credit card details including the CVC code. Which I of course did not do. The hotel then said that my room would not be available after 18 hours on the day of arrival if I did not do this I absolutely protest against this way of work, which is insecure and I believe goes against the principles of doing all advance payments through Booking.com. On the one hand booking says that my room is guaranteed, and on the other hand the hotel claims that it is not. Why do I use Booking.com then? I think those practices by the hotel should be put in question.
