  Exceeded our expectations: excellent

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location near Lille Europe railway station and, also, the centre of Lille and the old town. Very friendly helpful staff.

Disliked: More choice of cereals at breakfast.

Good, but I’d like the room to be bigger for families with more storage space!

Liked: Central location, good breakfast options, entertainment for kids in the lobby, clean and tidy rooms, very friendly staff, free water refills

Disliked: Our room was too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was no where to put our clothes, the storage spaces was non existent. Ended up piling our bags and buggy near the entrance which was very tight!

Decent place for a stop over!

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff! Kids loved the games on arrival and the free table football. Room had everything we needed. Comfy bed.

Disliked: Toilet was a little dirty. Decor tired. If you’re getting off the train it is ideally located but for the main centre, it’s a bit out the way.
