Liked: Difficult to get in to the hotel, the lady came out shouting at us asking why we did not read the notice on the door- it was in French She was unpleasant and after we got in to the room we had some questions but she was nowhere to be found. Five phone calls to reception were not answered and even the people on the Chat line could not reach her. A really bad experience
