  Great to visit Heidelberg

  It's a nice, neat place with good transport connections, close to the old town

  Passable to sleep for a few nights. Probably wouldn’t stay again

  Liked: The balcony was very nice. Bed linen very comfortable.

  Disliked: Check in experience was originally confusing as there were several buildings on the street and once checked in the cleaner was in my room, an hour after check in time. He needed another 20 minutes so couldn’t get ready. 5 flights of stairs without a lift. Ok for me but not advertised. Beds are 2 twin beds shoved together rather than a double. Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger. Curtains are more like met curtains rather than private curtains

  Super, would stay there again if I returned to Heidelberg

  Liked: It has a small kitchen area with a sink, plates, cutlery, cups incl. a sponge and dish soap, and everything you need to make a small snack or breakfast. The small terrace was a great addition where you can enjoy the quietness. The room is also quite spacious, everything was clean.

  Disliked: The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and small.

  Liked: There are three different locations for this hotel and finding it is a bit confusing. For travellers it would be nice to know where the check in was. Our room was four flights up with no elevator which wasn’t shown in the write up. The room was ok but very clinical, no pictures and all white. The bathroom looked like it was newly renovated so it was quite nice.

  Spacious apartment on a convenient location perfect for a weekend getaway with the family

  Liked: The location was amazing. The booking process was also very easy and the people at the reception were very helpful. It is definitely great value for money as we didn't expect the apartment to be so spacious and have all the amenities. It was great for a family of 4. Would visit again!

  Disliked: One of the two rooms in the apartment could have been a bit colder when we arrived, because we had a bit of trouble falling asleep due to the heat.
