Exceptional
Liked: Able to make a last minute booking, excellent breakfast and good location
Not flashy, just a nice, friendly and comfortable place to stay near the old heart of Heidelberg
Liked: Location perfect for the conference I attended. Breakfast was excellent, the fruit arrangement made by an artist.
Disliked: No complaints at all.
Liked: Right in the old town, walking to everything was close
Disliked: A little expensive, but for the area, I guess it was good
Liked: Ligging.
Disliked: Bed nogal zacht.
Lovely stay
Liked: Excellent location, close to everything and great service. A small hiccup in communication which was easily resolved. Great breakfast and coffee to start the next day with, room was clean and spacious, and some nice surprising extras we didn't expect. Would go here again if we decide to visit Heidelberg.
Disliked: The elevator could've been a bit more spacious to our liking and we really wanted some baskets for our bread in the morning:( but these are minor inconveniences compared to the upsides.
Liked: Great customer service, especially regarding the parking
