  Reasonable, affordable stay if you have a car

  Liked: The hotel tried to accomodate our request to get back the same room we stayed in, room 185. Room was big and spacious as usual. We love Mandy's diner and Chatuchak Thai food just 4 mins walk away.

  Disliked: A few things have changed since we stayed in Feb: 1. The tv and remote no longer had netflix or any youtube or apps that we can watch movies on. Within a span of 6 months, so many things changed. We shared this with the staff and they had no idea too. 2. We requested to not have housekeeping and clumps of dust collected over 4-5 days, probably from the vents. 3. The shower stall door deteriorated and could not keep the shower water in. We closed it tight but water still got out and made the entire floor wet. 4. The shower head alternated between hot and cold water but it wasn't a big issue. 5. Parking was not reserved. At weekends and peak times, we had no space and had to park in the handicap spot.

  Liked: The front desk is available 24 hours a day, and the staff is warmly welcoming. The environment is quiet and the bed is comfortable. Paid parking, enough parking space.

Bathroom renovation is underway at the property as part of ongoing facility upgrades. Noisy, dusty work occurs daily 10:00–15:00; we're minimizing disruption where possible. Free earplugs available at Reception on request
