A comfortable, modern and vibrant hotel with good value for money

Liked: Very clean, modern and good value for money. Parking underground Close to shops and the tram.

Disliked: Not as close to the old town as I wanted to be, but it was a good walk into town, so not a huge problem.

  Not coming back for sure

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Firstly, our room was facing the main road where I can hear the tram runs until midnight. The AC didn’t work so I had to leave the windows slightly opened for ventilation. 2ndly, the pillows are so flat with zero support for the neck. 3rdly, there is no kettle in the room but there is a coffee machine and a water dispenser in the lobby outside the rooms that did not work.

  Comfortable stay

Liked: Nice hotel for a short stay: cozy, comfortable, clean & good internet so I could easily work from my hotel room. I would totally recommend it for when staying in Heidelberg.

Disliked: It was cold - and it was hard for me to get the temperatures up. Other than that, I had a good stay, nothing to complain about!

Liked: Clean well-equipped room. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent bar and restaurant.

Disliked: A bit far from the city center and shopping area. Tram stop nearby but doesn't have ticketing machine.
