Liked: Honestly for a 4 star hotel it had 5 star standards comparing to other 4 star hotels in Heidelberg, super friendly staff, spacious rooms and a beautiful lobby.

Disliked: If there was a sofa in the room would be more convenient

Liked: This is our third time staying in an NH property in Europe and this time we booked a suite. The rooms heating wasn’t working properly. Complained twice and a heater with 2 small chocolates were offered to compensate which wasn’t very helpful. Also rooms have very very low lighting.

  Recommended. Happy with everything

Liked: Very friendly and cheerful staff on reception. Thanks for the local tips Maya. Room was spacious, clean with comfortable bed and the best pillows we’ve had all trip. We had a corner room with large windows to let in the fresh air. Loved the nespresso machine. Right near a tram/bus line and a few stops from Centre. We left the car in the garage while we explored town the following day. The Italian restaurant next door was great too. Everything was great.
