  need improvement

Liked: The location which is very near to student dorm in SRH Heidelberg

Disliked: they have limited coupons to ask for a room cleaning, and once they do they didn’t change the bait sheet and pillow sheet we stayed there for seven days, so everything stinks. The staff are moderate they can help but not happy to help.
