Liked: Hotel is in old town square with very difficult access by car on very narrow streets, one-way traffic, and pedestrian-only areas. Parking structure is 2 small blocks away so must drag luggage through cobblestone streets. Once checked in... The location has good access to open pedestrian walking area shopping, bars, lunch and dinner. Room is adequate for 1 night stay. - very small shower, window opened facing a wall/building 2 ft away. Breakfast was a good German style buffet.

Liked: We would have given a 5 if the Laundry service was available. I specifically asked and booked this hotel because they said they had laundry service. We were told that laundry was not available because they needed the laundry for room linens
