  Recommend

  Liked: Its location was great. About the amenities they offer, I am attaching two photos. There is a kitchenette in the room. Optimal solution for brief visits. Next time I’m in Heidelberg, I’ll prefer here again.

  Disliked: There could be a simple, tiny horizontal surface on the wall of the shower.

  Liked: I would highly recommend guest house heidelberg. The staff were so accommodating with my room requests. Check in was explained very well. The place was so clean and was very quite and peaceful around. We had a great stay.

  Cold and uncomfortable

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: It wasn’t warm or inviting, people in the lobby were loud, bed was uncomfortable and neither of us slept well. I’m sure place is fine if one is a one night business trip but it is not nice for families with children

  Best Guesthouse in Heidelberg!

  Liked: The location is perfect, right next to the tram stop, and the Old Town is only a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including Aldi Süd and REWE. The room is very clean and quiet. It has a fridge, a small kitchenette, and a TV nicely mounted on the wall. The reception staff are extremely helpful and understanding. I made a mistake and booked a room for 2027, which I only discovered the night before my flight. They kindly helped me with a free cancellation and refund. I really appreciated their understanding and support. I decided to book with them again because they truly deserve it! I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

  Heidleberg is well worth a visit & this is a good place to stay

  Liked: Shops & restaurants & beerhaus(good) nearby. Tram to station. Near river & historic centre & castle

  Disliked: Entrance is uninspiring but once your inside its fine.
