  Very enjoyable

  Liked: Definitely the location. Directly at the market place - main area of Heidelberg. Lots of nice restaurants around with good dining.

  Disliked: We were on the top floor (4 floor) and there is no lift - so a little struggle.

  Liked: Very warm welcome to a hotel with decent accommodation and excellent location. Booked three rooms. All to a very decent standard, in my opinion, and we could all sleep well. Breakfast met our needs, with good coffee and hot chocolate too.

  Great price/performance ratio

  Liked: Breakfast was good and had enough variety. Location is the best. I read some comments saying that the rooms might be noisy because of the central location. Don't worry about the loudness, the isolation is good and you can sleep in peace.

  Disliked: The beds could have been more comfortable. It didn't bother us at all as we only stayed for one night.

  Great location for a simple stay

  Liked: The location is excellent for shopping and for taking the funicular to the Castle. The breakfast was nice, and the staff was exceptional.

  Disliked: The room was a top floor with sloped walls ideal for knocking your head or shoulders. It was very hot. No A/C as advertised.

  Lovely stay anazing location, would stay again

  Liked: Loved the location step out on to a busy square with bars and restaurant.The staff were very friend and breakfast was lovely with a great selection. The room had lovely views.

  Disliked: Our room on the top floor. 71 to our room each time🤣🤣 also door into room and bathroom were very low, heads were banged on several occasions.
