  Such a wonderful stay - we will return!

  Liked: Location is perfect, really wonderful staff, value for money, comfortable bed, clean room - just outstanding!

  Disliked: Some stink-bugs in the room but that is probably because our window opened directly onto the main rooftop garden terrace.

  Liked: We arrived early in the morning and the staff graciously allowed us to store our luggage in reception area. There was a mix-up with our rental vehicle and it was too high for the parking garage. The front desk provided detailed information to another parking area. We then tried to explore Heidelberg but it was very cold and rainy so we returned to the hotel around noon and were given our rooms early and they had already transferred our luggage to the rooms. The woman at the front desk really went out of her way to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. All the staff are friendly and exceptionally customer oriented. Will definitely stay there again.
