Liked: It is a family-run hotel, ideally located in the heart of Heidelberg, making it a perfect base for exploring the old town. The staff are exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm and personal atmosphere. The breakfast is superb, with plenty to enjoy and a great start to the day. the overall condition of the property.

Disliked: The hotel itself is a little dated, and cleanliness is generally acceptable. The price also felt a little high.

Great value, location, and customer service

Liked: The room was exactly as advertised! Large, super clean, and in excellent condition. Even though it didn't have A/C (which listing never claims to have) we were able to cool room with open windows. The location is unbeatable....everything is within walking distance. Parking was easy to access. Best of all, the owners are super friendly and gave numerous tips on where to eat, what to do...etc.

Disliked: Nothing arose to a point I would say I didn't like it.

Liked: Not very modern but a nice traditional hôtel, big rooms, couch, nice views and well located near the old town but out of the tourists area. Breakfast is really good and well served. Only point is internet a bit weak, but in general very good hotel.
