  Liked: It was clean and cozy Lovely building I liked the system with getting a coin to get free coffee from the machine any time Friendly staff

  Disliked: For some reason the blanket was very short even for my average height Although the surroundings are nice take into account that it's a 20-30 min walk to reach the old town/ bridge

  Liked: The hotel is located in a great area, making it easy to get around. The single-occupancy rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also really appreciated the nice touch of offering one complimentary drink per day. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

  Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable and offered little support. I also noticed dust under the bed, which was not cleaned during my multi-day stay. As someone with a dust allergy, this was particularly unpleasant. Additionally, the staff could be more attentive and helpful, for example, by offering assistance with heavy luggage when guests need to carry it up or down the stairs. Overall, the hotel has some good points, but cleanliness, comfort, and customer service could be improved.

  Bad value for money

  Liked: Very clean; comfortable beds

  Disliked: 1. Prior to arriving, I received phishing messages in WhatsApp with precise details about my stay, suggesting a possible data breach. 2. Upon arrival I was asked to pay municipal tax, which had not been clearly advertised. 3. WiFi was unreliable: it did not work on the last two days of my stay. 4. Soundproofing was poor. 5. The reception was manned only few hours a day.

  Nice, but bedbugs in 1 room and unfair reaction from the management to our complaint

  Liked: Graet location, nice rooms, everything was fine, apart from...

  Disliked: We booked 3 rooms. One of the rooms (number 211) was full of bedbugs. A friend and his son wanted to go to bed when they saw at least 10 bedbugs on the bed and on the wall. They made photo of 1 of them from near, they killed 3 of them before thev have hidden. They called to hotel number to ask for another room, no answer. They have slept on the ground on the corridor, but they could not really sleep, they have left at 3:00 a.m., driving back home for 12 hours without sleeping... We contacted the hotel the day after, sent a photo about only 1 bedbug, they wrote us politely that they checked the room, and there was only 1 bedbug, which came through the window, and it can happen, it is not their fault. It means our friend and and his son lied about the 10 bedbugs, and about killing 3 of them, and they just slept on the corridor for fun... Instead of feeling bed, saying sorry, maybe compensating them and killing them, they stated our friends were lying... Avoid room 211, it is affected by bedbugs! We wrote to booking.com, asking for full refund for that unused room, no answer, which is a shame. We were very satisfied with the other rooms, the hotel was nice, clean, with great location and price/value.
