Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Staff friendliness
Disliked: Parking fee
Liked: Good price for parking THE staff
Disliked: Very small room
Liked: Pleasant experience overall.
Traveling with teenagers was great, but food was not!
Liked: Room, bed, bathroom shower facilities and decor.
Disliked: The breakfast menu the bread was horrible. Need more British & Swiss breakfast sausages and better bread.
A pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff
Liked: We had a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly recommended some excellent nearby restaurants for dinner, which we really appreciated. The hotel was easy to find and had convenient on-site parking, although it came at an additional cost.
Disliked: The room was a little smaller than we expected and felt somewhat cramped. A bit more space would certainly have made our stay more comfortable.
Liked: I would like to thank personnel in the reception, who changed the room. In the first room (303) there was a low level but disturbing noise like ventilation or washing machine or dryer.
