  Small, charming hotel in the old town

  Liked: This is a charming hotel in the middle of the old city. The staff are extremely attentive and the service gracious. The rooms are well decorated amd comfortable. Although on a side street with multiple restaurants and shops, it was quiet at night. It is 2 blocks from the public transportation line to the main train station. The breakfast was good with a selection of breads, cheeses, eggs, sausage, and yogurt. It was an excellent value. We will stay here again.

  A comfortable stay in Heidelberg

  Liked: It was very central and had an excellent restaurant

  Disliked: The parking was 6 minutes away; locating thr car park took 20 minutes and both Booking and the hotel need to provide a clear map to drive to the parking, as well as to the hotel

  Lovely atmospheric hotel and restaurant in the heart of Old Town Heidelberg

  Liked: A charming, historic hotel and restaurant right in the heart of Old Town Heidelberg. Included breakfast was excellent, as were the other meals we had in the old-German style restaurant. Staff was wonderful, allowing us to check in early due to a recent medical emergency.

  Lovely old building but cleverly modernized including air conditioning smack in the old town

  Liked: Excellent location, very helpful staff that provided extra pillows and a kettle. The restaurant is very good for German food and beer. Even though it’s in the middle of the cafe and restaurant street it wasn’t noisy overnight

  Disliked: The shower is exceedingly small so move around with caution

  Liked: Perfect location, great restaurant attached. I stayed there 20 years ago and was elated to find that they had gotten air conditioning in that time frame.
