  We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Villa Marstall

  Liked: The location is excellent and so does the staff. Mr. Milcovic provided us with all the information to visit the tourist destinations at the time of check-in and that greatly helped us plan the trip within the city. Many thanks to him. The hotel is at a very conveniently walkable distance from all major attractions near by including old bridge, old Town, Philosophenweg and castle. The room was neat and clean. The windows opened towards the beautiful view of river and Philosophenweg. The castle can also be seen from the windows. They also provided complimentary water bottles on the day of arrival and that's very considerate of them. We would definitely like to stay there again. And highly recommend this hotel.

  Friendly staff, great location, clean and well kept

  Liked: Great location on the river with a bus stop right outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Found some great bakeries and cafes just a short walk away.

  Disliked: Room was small, but we were just sleeping there so not a big deal.

  Liked: Super clean, nice and comfortable. You're right in the pedestrian zone.

  Disliked: Terrible place to stop with a car for loading and unloading luggage. We did not manage to find the way to get into the one way street, and getting into the intersection and reversing two cars among all the pedestrians was a pain.

  A delightful place to stay for a visit to Heidelberg

  Liked: The hotel is in a beautifully converted old mansion overlooking the river and very close to the centre of the Old Town. Our room was bright, spacious and very comfortable with a lovely bed and large bathroom.Good breakfast served in the old cellars- which are also beautifully converted. Highly recommended.
